About order processing:
Any orders placed Monday-Friday will be processed the same day. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. After you have placed the order, we will send the order to the factory for production. Production usually takes 5 business days if the rims and motor are in stock. Custom orders or orders with rims and motor that are currently out of stock usually take 12-15 business days. The delivery time is the sum of production time as well as the logistics time. After your orders are shipped, we will send you the tracking number.(*International shipment has a processing time of 3-5 business days)
